Binavio is an online platform that connects property owners, agents, and prospective buyers or tenants. We verify listings against official cadastral records to help users tell trustworthy listings apart from unverified ones.

Binavio is a listing and discovery service only. We are not a party to any agreement, sale, or lease concluded between users, and we do not act as a broker, agent, or escrow for those transactions.

To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Property owners and agents are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of the listings they publish, including prices, descriptions, photographs, and cadastral details.

A “verified” badge indicates that a listing’s cadastral information matched official records at the time of review. Verification is not a guarantee of a property’s condition, legal status, marketable title, or the identity or good faith of the person listing it. Always carry out your own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

You agree not to post false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content; not to impersonate any person or organization; and not to publish a property you are not authorized to list.

You may not scrape, copy, or harvest data from the platform, attempt to disrupt its operation, circumvent security measures, or use it for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Core browsing and search features are free. Certain features — such as listing verification, promotion, or premium placement — may be offered for a fee. Where a fee applies, it will be disclosed to you before you commit to the service.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the corresponding service has been delivered.

The Binavio name, logo, design, and software are owned by Binavio and protected by applicable law. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Binavio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

The platform may contain listings, services, and links provided by third parties. Binavio does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content or for the products and services of other users or partners.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Binavio disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, from transactions between users, or from reliance on any listing.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, or remove any listing, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or applicable law, or to protect the platform and its users.

You may close your account at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
